he was investigating why the tile was not pushing into kiln 10. He placed his right hand on the entrance roller table to have a look under the compensator but was unaware that he had placed the hand too close to it.
What happened
he was doing this the compensator was in automatic and came down pinching his finger between the roller and the metal rail.
