Operator was about to switch a full hopper with an empty one on the scrap line. Upon noticing the full hopper on [REDACTED] he walked over and began to remove the tiles that were on the top conveyor and the overfilled hopper while the belt was still moving. He then reached in to remove them and after a short time his hand is caught in the belt of the scrap conveyor.
