Before the incident
Employee was looking for a tool out of the cabinet and opened several of the drawers at once.
What happened
Employee opened 3 heavy drawers at the top of a large metal cabinet and the cabinet began to fall forward. [REDACTED] caught it bearing the weight on his steel toe shoe and yelled for help. Three other employees came over to help. They noticed that there was a pipe in the way preventing the cabinet from going back where it was before so [REDACTED] reached back to move the pipe out of the way and when he did the cabinet fell back into place striking his hand and index finger knuckle.
