Employee was moving carrying a column form section - 5ft x 8 inch which weighs about 64 lbs. on his shoulder from one area to another to set it onto a sawhorse in order to splice it to another section with nuts and bolts. Once he got it to the sawhorse he attempted to remove it from his shoulder to lay it onto the metal sawhorse about waist high and his right middle finger crushed between the form and metal sawhorse causing a cut laceration
