Checking the amount of stock in the mixing tank

Employee was using cell phone flashlight to look into tank opening. He slipped on tank surface and grabbed the tank opening. Two fingers on his left hand were pinched between the tank opening and the paddle.

Slight fracture of pinky and ring fingers determined by orthopedic office. Original X-rays at ER said there were no broken bones
