Employee was changing the motor for [REDACTED] #16. Employee removed the Set Bolts holding the motor in place before the Employee was ready for the motor to be free of its housing position the motor fell. Employee attempted to catch the motor this resulted in the employees left pinky finger becoming caught between a [REDACTED] plug and the motor itself causing a laceration and a distal fracture of the left pinky finger.
