What happened
Labormax member pushed the zuba into the zuba dump of Blender 5 with some force and assumed the safety latch was down. He pressed the Up button and looked away. Almost immediately after he pushed the button the zuba tipped over in the carriage and the member tried to catch it crushing his foot.
