Starting in [REDACTED] she complained of muscle soreness in her right arm. She saw ARC therapy almost weekly until [REDACTED]. Symptoms did not improve ARC therapy suggested she see a doctor. Member saw doctor on [REDACTED] and was referred to physical therapy.
