Member has been on pericardia position since she was hired. For a few months she was on the position every day. It wasn 't until [REDACTED] that Packaging started rotating the pericardia position. Starting in [REDACTED] she complained of muscle soreness in her right arm. She saw ARC therapy almost weekly until [REDACTED]. Symptoms did not improve ARC therapy suggested she see a doctor. Member saw doctor on [REDACTED] and was referred to physical therapy.
