Before the incident
Employee was stepping out of the helicopter after completing a patient flight to said hospital. Employee had three points of contact and was facing the aircraft to unload equipment bags.
What happened
As employee exited the aircraft on the right side [REDACTED] the pilot the pilot also exited and expeditiously moved from his position aftward striking the employee. Employee was knocked to the ground and struck the posterior aspect of her head on the ground. She immediately felt dizzy and nausous but did not lose consciousness.
