Scraping the ribbon blender

[REDACTED] was cleaning the Ribbon Blender in Dry Spice. There was a decent amount of product build up inside the blender. Using the white handled scraper the employee began scraping the product out. The product became very difficult to break free the added more force to break it free. Once the employee broke the product free his hand slammed into the augur cutting his right index finger.
