What happened
Member opened up a bag of salt picked it up turned to dump it in the bin and felt a stabbing pain in his lower back. Bag of salt weighs 50 lbs. Member tried looking for Team Lead and Coordinator and didn 't see them. He looked around in the office and couldn 't find anybody. Member went home after that and called in. Member took a couple of muscle relaxers at home heat at home tried to stretch. Member has had this happen before and it feels like a pinched nerve.
