Since the member was started working here his right hand has been hurting. 3 1 23 [REDACTED] [REDACTED] member was put in the skinner position for training. Gradually each day [REDACTED] the left hand was sore. On [REDACTED] member went to the doctor and was given prescription medication and creme. According to the member the doctor said that if it gets worse then there will need to be surgery. The ligaments in his hands are locking up.
