Picking up ring of saw blade off floor

While doing saws he dropped a saw part under the bench. He bent over to get the part that fell. While coming back up to get up right he felt like he pulled something in his back. Then went to tell the Team Lead around [REDACTED]. I asked if he needed something from me to make it feel better. He took ibuprofen and I had him take it easy for the rest of the night. Then at [REDACTED] he called me about how bad the pain was and was going to get it checked out by a doctor.

Other to Back.
