What happened
After lowering the building two employees were attempting to remove a building roller from beneath the lifting lug. When the injured employee tried to move the roller the other employee operating the overhead crane raised the cable allowing the roller to break free. The exertion applied to the stuck roller caused the employee 's left pinky finger to be smashed between the moving roller and the building 's floor system.
