Employee was dissecting a body organ in the lab when she accidentally cut her finger with a scalpel. The source was contacted and unfortunately is not able or willing to come in to have blood work done as she just underwent a hysterectomy [REDACTED]. Sh e is sore and doesn 't feel she would be able to make the car ride to the facility. The source does have an appointment on [REDACTED] at the specialty clinic. She is willing to have labs drawn at that time. Contacted the employee to let her know of the situation and at this time the employee does not want to undergo Doctor that was secured for [REDACTED]. She reports that if she was to do that that would disrupt people 's schedule and she 's unable to make it. The employee is also not wanting to go on [REDACTED].
