Before the incident
Worker was removing a tool arm from the 35 debarker.
What happened
Employee cut down the side of the tool arm then took a chisel and nailed it into the cut. Worker assisting then took a large pry bar and it the back of the tool arm to know it off the shaft the bar deflected off the top of the tool arm and stabbed into the side of employees left hand making deep laceration.
