IW was working line [REDACTED] when a jammed occurred.
What happened
IW stated that she stopped the line with the Stop Button then went to the Labeler to dislodge the jam in the Labeler Infeed. During the process of clearing the jam the Associate stated that the Inspector located on the other side of the machine proceeded to press the Start Button in an attempt to restart the line. When the Inspector pressed the Start Button the Associate stated that the Labeler re-started and her hand got caught under the part that holds the bottle and in the Star Wheel as it was turning.
