What happened
Sanitation lead was using the bar to lift a belt in the breezeway and the bar shut on her finger. The belt was at the end of conveyor #2 in the [REDACTED] alleyway. The bar is at a high point and TM 's hand slipped trying to lift it to prop up the belt for cleaning. The bar fell and pinched the TM 's finger causing the fracture.
