Monitoring the [REDACTED] area and observing the packed little pop boxes traveling down the conveyor.

Employee noticed a loose little pop riding on top of the conveyor belt. employee thought she would pick it up off the belt instead of letting it fall off on its ' own and to do so by removing a safety cover that was in place and putting her hand near the running conveyor. Once the guard was removed she went to pick up the little pop off the running belt and her glove was caught on the belt. Her left middle finger was pulled into the pinch point area causing a bruise under the fingernail.
