What happened
While walking in front of the QA station to check on how the product was being wrapped a poly line hose coming off of the air drying system discharged water which caused the air line to flail about for a couple of seconds. This line is to be secured in a bucket placed at this location to catch the drops of condensate water that spray out. Since it was not secure the pressure caused the line to flail and spray the water with pressure onto her face and into her eye.
