I was using the turn table on my job. I turned the table and my shoelace got caught on the ledge and I fell backwards onto my bottom. I struck my head lightly on the part rack. My lower back is hurting. My head is fine. I did not see stars when I hit toe rack. It took me a little time to get off the floor. I finally used a chair to get back on my feet.
