What happened
Left foot stepped over the corner of a pallet with the left foot catching the corner of the pallet thus causing the associate to trip and fall to the ground.
Injury or illness
On Thursday August 3rd at 0714 Associate was cleaning their assigned area at the south side palletizer near the baler. While walking from the trash can their left foot catches the edge of the pallet holding the extra wire spool for the wire tier. Due stepping over the pallet corner and becoming tripped up the associate falls landing on their left hip and back causing pain in their back down to their right leg.
