Before the incident
A employee was loading 21’ guns on a third-party Semi flat bed trailer provided by P&S at approximately [REDACTED]. The guns get loaded with a forklift and a person getting on the trailer to set the guns in the location needed. The first row of guns got set and held into place by pipe steaks. As the forklift operator began setting the second row of 21’ guns on top of the first row already set in place the guns were sticking out approximately four to five feet longer than the first row. The second row of guns sit in the groves of the first row of guns. The guns needed to be lined up evenly so the tarp will fit the load of guns for transportation. Once the guns had been set on the first row of guns the forklift operator drove off leaving the employee to align the guns on the second row.
What happened
The Employee was standing on the first row of guns using a “Hook Tool” to pull the guns back to align with the first row in length. The Employee had done five guns and on the sixth gun when he was pulling with his left arm he felt a pop in his left shoulder.

The employees left shoulder has a strain that was caused from the pulling of material.
