This right-hand-dominant worker struck his right lateral elbow very hard [REDACTED]. He said it was quite sore and prevented him from doing his usual gym work. He says it has continued to limit his weight lifting and other activity that requires strong grip.

Right lateral epicondylitis. We discussed using a BandIT Medrol Dosepak flex bar eccentric exercises PT. He chose to use the BandIT and the Medrol Dosepak and do his PT with flex bar and eccentric exercises at home.
