What happened
Staff was preparing clients [REDACTED] medications on the counter next to the clients fridge. Staff was going to verbally acknowledge the client but before staff could turn the client ran and struck the staff on the left side of the head. The client repeatdely struch the staff approximately 4 times until staff was able to break away. Staff then moved to the front door of the home and called management. Co-staff contacted authorities to request support.
