At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] A Pulp Mill Operator was pull a wire on the [REDACTED] OCC pulper tub The wire was pulled to the hatch way with a tugger but a small portion of the wire was hanging over into the Pulper The small piece of wire is normally cut off at this point and falls back into the tub The Operator could not find the cutters and decided to pull the remaining wire free from the Pulper Tub As the operator pulled the wire they felt a pain in the left bicep The operator reported the incident and was treated by the Mill Nurse for a muscle strain The employee was still experiencing some arm pain the following day so he was taken for a Xray and follow up at Highlands Occupational Medicine The xray did not show anything broken and the employee was returned to work The investigation is ongoing
