On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a Shipping Employee was filling a propane bottle on Clamp truck and as he turned handle the propane spewed out of the bleed off valve onto his left arm The bleed off was left open and the employee was not wearing the required jacket for filling propane The employee returned to work and later reported the incident at [REDACTED] when he started feel some discomfort from the injury The employee was seen by the Mill nurse and taken to Highlands medical Center The propane burn was cleaned and the employee received a steroid shot to help with swelling
