Entering patient room to assist patient from falling out the bed.

I was notified by transportation that patient in [REDACTED] had a bowel accident while transferring from stretcher to bed causing stool to be on patient floor bed. Gathered supplies while transporter removed stretcher from the room. Entered room to see patient on all-four extremities on the edge of the bed with buttocks in the air. Instructed patient to adjust on bed into normal supine position. While in all-four position patient began losing balance tilting toward edge of bed and the floor. Began calling for help from other RN and [REDACTED] had to take full weight of patient tipping out of bed to prevent crash to the floor. Second RN and [REDACTED] arrived within 30 seconds to assist patient into bed properly unharmed. I left the room and began having lower right back pain. I reported the incident to the assistant nurse manager on duty [REDACTED] for further instruction.
