Performing a changeover. Using a hammer and tool designed to push out the die holder.
What happened
While performing a changeover at Intermediate 2 TM was using the designated tool and hammer to push the die holder out of the extruder head. The designated tool is inserted into the opposite side of the head where it pushes the die holder out with the use of a hammer and metal striking pin seated into the center of the tool.TM did not use the striking pin and was instead striking the tool directly and struck left thumb with hammer.
