The operator loosened the 2 bolts on the cutting tool assembly and attempted to push the assembly down the slide to a new location. When he pushed the assembly would not move so he started loosening the bolts again. He had loosesned one of the bolts and was in the process of loosening the second bolt when the assembly suddenly dropped off the beveler and landed on his foot. He had actually removed the bolts from the threads. The operator loosened the 2 bolts on the cutting tool assembly and attempted to push the assembly down the slide to a new location.
