The inspector was working on the north end of the inspection table looking inside of pipes for defects.
What happened
The inspector had to roll a piece of pipe over. She was rolling the pipe while walking backwards. She stepped on her air hose which rolled out from under her foot. This caused her to lose her footing stumble and fall over backwards. She twisted her left knee in the process.
