TM threw the pallet onto the table it jammed causing the right shoulder to hurt.
What happened
TM was throwing pallets onto the line and when the TM threw the pallet onto the table it jammed causing the right shoulder to hurt. The elevator was not functioning properly and TM had to pull the pallets. TM felt pain in right shoulder. TM did not report due to at the time there was no pain. Later in the shift the TM felt pain and asked to seek treatment.
