What happened
EE was clearing dough from incline conveyor with scraper blue glove got caught in the conveyor and pulled her hand in causing discomfort and laceration to the side of her right hand. Supervisor states the dough take away belt had build up. During the scrape down EE was dry cleaning the belt when her right glove got caught in the belt and sprocket on the upper north side causing cuts to her right hand. EE was taken to ER where she received stitches.
