Before the incident
TM was walking down the stairs with a bucket and tool bag
What happened
TM was walking off the stairs with a tool bag and a bucket. When TM placed their right foot on the ground it slid due to starch on the floor. Their knee gave out a little built and the TM felt a pain in their knee. TM caught themselves before falling. The pain wasn 't very sever at first but got worse over the [REDACTED]. TM has had prior injury on this knee including an ACL surgery. Boot are in almost new condition. TM self medicated. TM was also given a knee brace and ice to sooth the pain. TM will see plant nurse at earliest convenience.
