TM was aciding the fryer chain

What happened

TM was spraying phosphoric acid at the line 1 fryer chain. This spraying was creating a mist of the acid in the air. TM was crouched beneath the the fryer infeed chain. TM was standing about 3 feet away from the fryer chain. TM was spraying the chemical for about 10 minutes. TM then took a short break. During this time other TMs saw her coughing a little bit. TM then resumed spraying chemical for another 8 minutes. At this point TM finished their task. TM went down to the wet lab where they continued coughing. TM was drinking water. TMs coughing got worse. Lead notified supervisor at around [REDACTED]. TM started convulsing and went outside as recommended by the MSDS. Code red was called out at [REDACTED]. EMT was called at [REDACTED]. EMT showed up at roughly [REDACTED]. TM was transported to Good Shepard Hospital. The container had all the required tags associated with the chemical. TM was wearing full rain gear safety glasses chemical resistant gloves and face shield.
