What happened
Getting out of the baler to tie string braked and a piece of hay fell in his left eye. He was not wearing safety glasses because it was already dark and his glasses were tinted. He cleaned his eye and thought the piece of hay would come out naturally. By the end of the shift he asked other employees for eye drops and then went home. He applies eye drops before going to bed but he kept waking up every few hours from the irritation in his eye. When he came to work on [REDACTED] his eye was red and irritating so he filled out an incident report and went to urgent care at [REDACTED] that day.
