Before the incident
Holding a bar while another employee was hitting the small end of the bar with a sledgehammer to get a stuck pin out of a stacker
What happened
Another employee was driving out a pin from a stacker with a sledgehammer and IW was helping him by holding a bar. Other employee missed the bar and hit IW in the face (by his lip). Other employee immediately went for a first aid kit but saw a deep cut so Manager was informed and IW was taken to urgent care. He got three stitches and came back to the office to fill out an incident report. He was mild discomfort but is not hurting otherwise.
