Employee injured his left ankle after hooking up the rigging for a double-t. Upon completing this task the employee stepped down from the product without watching his foot placement and rolled his ankle on a piece of dunnage located on the ground.

The injury was diagnosed as a hairline fracture of the distal end of the left fibula and the employee was placed in a walking boot.
