Employee was moving a part into place with the Crane. The part got stuck so employee was trying to push the part into place with his hand. The load then shifted in the chains causing the part to shift and wedge employees arm from his hand to his elbow between the plate and another part. Employee did not have his chains rigged properly onto his part which allowed the part to shift inside the chains.
