What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a supervisor in Collections received a phone call from FTR regarding an incident that occurred at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] reported feeling a sharp pain in her back while picking up an express package that she had dropped off earlier. She continued with her first pick up despite the pain and later took two [REDACTED] extra strength to alleviate the discomfort. However the pain persisted and while at the second pick up at [REDACTED] in front of [REDACTED] 3 she fell to the ground due to the intensity of the pain. She then called the office and spoke with supervisor explaining the aforementioned events. A concerned customer called [REDACTED] and shortly after an ambulance arrived on the scene and transported [REDACTED] to Brooklyn Hospital. Supervisor contacted the local station to obtain the truck keys and secure the vehicle until her arrival. Upon reaching the scene supervisor procured the truck and returned it to Collections.
