Pushing ID Tail back into center of coil

When the 48 1 TUR was pushing a [REDACTED] coil onto the turnstile two ID bands broke and the ID tail pulled out. It was not out far enough to hyphen. When the team was working the tail back in the injured employee was using a no touch tool to hold the tail while the others were pushing it back in. The injured worker then used the no touch tool to push the tail and when it suddenly went in his hand was caught between the handle of the tool and the side of the coil causing a crush injury to the tip of the middle finger on the right hand.
