What happened
The EE was placing banding in the dispenser when the banding came apart. The EE was still bent over trying to gather the banding from the ID tail that came out. As he reached to pick up the cut pieces of ID Banding he felt a sharp pain shoot up the right side of his lower middle back. The EE was taken to the first aid room he was given ice and Tylenol. Employee followed up with the Worthington Industries Medical Clinic on [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] the employee returned to the Medical Center and received Unable to Work status for [REDACTED] with an estimated RTW date of [REDACTED] est. 12 days LT
