Lifting 125mm stacks with hoist

[REDACTED] Employee was loading 125MM laminations from one of the four mandrels of the lazy [REDACTED]. Employee was putting the clamp to the hoist through loose laminations. The employee claims that clamp was not guiding smoothly through the tangs and the employee started to wiggle the clamp through the tangs. Upon review of the video the employee lifted the load with the pendant control in his right hand with his left hand in between the lifting device and the top of the lazy [REDACTED]. The two fingers appeared to be pinched in between Lazy [REDACTED] and the lifting device.
