WSC [REDACTED] Toolroom: Employee was milling the inside of a chute brake with an End Mill [REDACTED] Mill when his finger made contact with tool. Per the employee the employee 's finger was caught in between the piece and the tool. The employee did not turn off the machine when he stuck his finger in between the chute brake and the tool.
