Turning narrow cuts with [REDACTED]
What happened
EE was putting cuts back onto the turnstile with the overhead crane and c hook. While pulling the c hook out from under the coils it grabbed the last coil. When this happened it caused the c hook to swing. The EE tried to stop the swing of the hook by holding onto the guide strap. This pulled his shoulder and caused some pain. EE requested to see a medical professional and was sent to our clinic. EE was released after examination with no restrictions or medications. Update: EE was seen for their follow up appointment and was given restrictions that could not be accommodated.
