IW was sent to spray weeds on guardrails out on [REDACTED]. The hose nozzle began to leak and saturated his boot. There was no injury present on site. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] began showing symptoms on his left foot of swelling and pain. On [REDACTED] the IW went to the Canyon Vista ER and informed supervisors that he was in the hospital.
