The employee was picking in aisle C-23 and noticed two top box locations slightly pulled out. The employee pushed the two locations back with the right hand completely on the shelf so they could safely pick from the location beneath. After pushing in one of the two top location. The athlete bent down and lost visibility of the locations above them.

What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] The athlete was picking in aisle C-23. While picking the athlete noticed two top locations C-23-C-15-07-02 and C-23-C-15-07-01 slightly pulled out. The athlete then pushed the two locations back with the right hand completely on the shelf so they could safely pick from the location beneath. Athlete discovered a mug that was sticking out in a top location C-23-C-15-07-02 when athlete bent down to pick from a bottom location athlete was struck on the left side of the head by a glass mug weighing .7 lbs. At approximately [REDACTED] the athlete walked down to the A Floor pick desk and notified the department lead. The department lead notified the supervisor who then notified safety at approximately [REDACTED]. The athlete stated that the pain was a 7 out of 10 with 10 being the worst.
