Employee was working in multi-line packing station which requires employee to push a button and grab items from cubbies at a 6ft station.

What happened

On [REDACTED] an Outbound [REDACTED] athlete reported pain in their left shoulder from an incident which occured on [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] athlete attempted to grab items from the top level-cubbies of [REDACTED] and began feeling pain in their left shoulder. The Athlete requested a 1-ft step-stool shortly after which was providing by the team lead however lead confirms the athlete denied using it and continued to work [REDACTED] 's & [REDACTED] 's shift without escalation. Upon investigation the athlete 's stature required a 24in reach towards the top cubbies in [REDACTED] Pack (65in at midpoint 72in at cubbie light). Standardized FC step stools measure 12 inches. On [REDACTED] the athlete expressed continued discomfort requested additional medical care at Concentra Brooks & was diagnosed with a left shoulder strain & cervical myofascial strain.
