What happened
Statement. - On [REDACTED] I was working on the South Dock as a General Expeditor. At about [REDACTED] I was opening bay door 17 the door was heavy and hard to lift. While lifting the door my right arm had a twinge of pain I released the door immediately. Then adjusted my hold to lift the door. Afterwards there was a throbbing sensation in my shoulder went home at the end of the day. Thought the pain has gotten worse to the point that I cannot lift my arm. The pain is at the shoulder and radiates down the arm. The arm is also tender to the touch.
