At approximately [REDACTED] City [REDACTED] reported she was going outside the back door to check vehicles. As she walked down the ramp there was a strap on the ground that she did not notice. The strap got hung on her foot and caused carrier to fall forward to the ground. [REDACTED] injured her left hand knee arm wrist and had pain in her chest. [REDACTED] informed management and went to seek medical at Houston Healthcare Willowbrook Hospital.
